In this reduction pan designed exclusively for Williams-Sonoma, All-Clad included a helpful innovation: its interior is marked in 1-cup increments up to 5 cups, so you can judge quantities accurately, without guesswork, when reducing sauces. The pan is constructed with a nonreactive stainless steel interior, an exterior of dark, extra-thick anodized aluminum exterior and a pure aluminum core that distributes heat quickly and evenly with no hot spots.
