Birch Pastry Board

This board takes the guesswork out of rolling out a pie or tart crust to fit your pan. Made of solid birch, the board is branded with four circles (6", 8", 9" and 10"), so it’s easy to shape pie dough to just the right size. A 14" ruler embossed at the top is useful when cutting dough for a lattice top. Equivalency measurements and a recipe for pie pastry are also branded onto the board.
