Le Creuset Braiser, 2 1/4-Qt.
Internet Only
Generations of French cooks have relied on enameled cast-iron pots like this one to braise succulent meats and simmer stews. Because cast iron retains heat superbly, the braiser is ideal for searing foods at high temperatures and then cooking the ingredients slowly and evenly. The nonreactive enamel coating requires no seasoning. With the lid in place, foods retain moisture and emerge tender and juicy. Dishwasher safe. 2 1/4-qt. cap. Made in France.
