Stovetop grilling has never been easier. Proportioned to span two burners, this grill provides plenty of surface area for steaks, burgers, chops, fish and firm vegetables, while conserving space on the stovetop. Like the grill surfaces found in professional kitchens, it’s made of thick cast iron, which maintains high temperatures exceptionally well – the key to successful searing and grilling. The deep ridges heat quickly and evenly, elevating foods above their drippings and leaving well-defined grill marks. The grill’s satin-black enameled surface resists sticking, which speeds cleanup. Integral handles simplify lifting the grill. Dishwasher safe. 8 1/2" x 13". Made in France.
General Information
- Dishwasher safe.
- Never use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.
- Remove stubborn food residue with a plastic or sponge scourer only.
- Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching the enamel.
- Handles will get hot - use pot holders. At the table, use with a trivet.
- For best results, use low to medium heat on stovetop. Oven and broiler safe; however, the black phenolic handles are only safe to 450ºF.
- Do not slide pans on the stovetop. Enameled surface can chip or crack if dropped or banged against a hard surface.
