This miniature of Le Creuset’s Dutch oven is the perfect pot for gently cooking individual servings of a potpie, soup, appetizer or dessert. On the stovetop or in the oven, the enameled cast iron conducts heat evenly and, complemented by the cocotte’s tight-fitting lid, ensures that foods stay warm until they’re served. The phenolic resin knob cools quickly. 10.5-oz. cap.; 3" diam., 1 3/4" deep. Made in France. Sonoma Green is an exclusive Williams-Sonoma color.
General Information
- Dishwasher safe.
- Never use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.
- Remove stubborn food residue with a plastic or sponge scourer only.
- Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching the enamel.
- Handles will get hot - use pot holders. At the table, use with a trivet.
- For best results, use low to medium heat on stovetop. Oven and broiler safe; however, the black phenolic handles are only safe to 450ºF.
- Do not slide pans on the stovetop. Enameled surface can chip or crack if dropped or banged against a hard surface.
