Equipped with this traditional French pan, you’ll find it easy to prepare light, tender crêpes worthy of a Parisian crêperie. The enameled cast iron spreads heat evenly, promising perfect results from the first batch to the last, while the wide, flat cooking surface simplifies flipping the half-cooked crêpe and removing it from the pan when finished. General Information
- Dishwasher safe.
- Never use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.
- Remove stubborn food residue with a plastic or sponge scourer only.
- Attached handles and knobs (if present) may become loose over time. Tighten as needed.
- Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching the enamel.
- Handles will get hot - use pot holders. At the table, use with a trivet.
- For best results, use low to medium heat on stovetop. Oven and broiler safe; however, the black phenolic handles are only safe to 400ºF.
- Do not slide pans on the stovetop. Enameled surface can chip or crack if dropped or banged against a hard surface.
