Equipped with this traditional French pan, you’ll find it easy to prepare light, tender crêpes worthy of a Parisian crêperie. The enameled cast iron spreads heat evenly, promising perfect results from the first batch to the last, while the wide, flat cooking surface simplifies flipping the half-cooked crêpe and removing it from the pan when finished. For spreading the batter, we include the classic wooden tool known in France as a râteau. Dishwasher safe. 10 1/2" diam. Made in France. A Williams-Sonoma exclusive.
