Recipe: Pork with Marsala Sauce

You can sear the food quickly over high heat, then cook it slowly in flavorful liquid over low heat, either on the stovetop or in the oven. Handcrafted in France of cast iron, a material prized as one of the best for slow-cooking, the pan absorbs heat slowly and spreads it steadily. General Information
- Dishwasher safe.
- Never use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.
- Remove stubborn food residue with a plastic or sponge scourer only.
- Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching the enamel.
- Handles will get hot - use pot holders. At the table, use with a trivet.
- For best results, use low to medium heat on stovetop. Oven and broiler safe; however, the black phenolic handles are only safe to 450ºF.
- Do not slide pans on the stovetop. Enameled surface can chip or crack if dropped or banged against a hard surface.
