The set includes a 5 1/2-qt. covered round Dutch oven, 10" square grill pan, 14" x 10" baker, 3 1/2-qt. covered braiser, 10" iron-handled fry pan and 5-qt. covered oval Dutch oven. Dishwasher safe. General Information
- Dishwasher safe.
- Never use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.
- Remove stubborn food residue with a plastic or sponge scourer only.
- Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching the enamel.
- Handles will get hot - use pot holders. At the table, use with a trivet.
- For best results, use low to medium heat on stovetop. Oven and broiler safe; however, the black phenolic handles are only safe to 450ºF.
- Do not slide pans on the stovetop. Enameled surface can chip or crack if dropped or banged against a hard surface.
