In this set you’ll find all the pots and pans needed for everyday cooking, whether you’re grilling chicken breasts, baking lasagna or preparing a vegetable stew. Made to last a lifetime, the cookware is handcrafted in France at a factory founded in 1925. The pieces are constructed of cast iron, which absorbs heat gently, transfers it evenly and retains it well. Pots and pans are coated with porcelain enamel, so they require no seasoning and clean easily. Wonderful for cooking as well as for serving, the pieces add a colorful accent to your table. The set includes a 5 1/2-qt. covered Dutch oven, 10" square grill pan, 14" x 10" baker and 3 1/2-qt. covered braiser. Dishwasher safe. Made in France. A Williams-Sonoma exclusive.
General Information
- Dishwasher safe.
- Never use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.
- Remove stubborn food residue with a plastic or sponge scourer only.
- Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching the enamel.
- Handles will get hot - use pot holders. At the table, use with a trivet.
- For best results, use low to medium heat on stovetop. Oven and broiler safe; however, the black phenolic handles are only safe to 450ºF.
- Do not slide pans on the stovetop. Enameled surface can chip or crack if dropped or banged against a hard surface.
