All-Clad Stainless Steel Nonstick Sauté Pans with Lid
Use this pan to sear meats and poultry or quickly cook vegetables. The low sides make it easy to turn and remove foods. It has All-Clad's aluminum core for excellent heat conduction, plus a durable nonstick surface that's ideal for reduced-fat cooking (little or no added oil is needed); foods release easily, and the pan cleans up beautifully. A stainless steel lid is included.
- Allow pan to cool before washing. Hand wash in hot, soapy water.
- Never use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.
- Stubborn food residue and stains can be cleaned with a nylon scrubbing pad and a fine powdered cleanser. Do not use on nonstick surfaces.
- Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching the nonstick surface.
- Oven safe to 400ºF.
