All-Clad Stainless Steel Nonstick Fry Pans
If any one pan benefits most from All-Clad's Excalibur nonstick cooking surface, it's the fry pan. Foods release easily, and cleanup is a snap. The pan has an aluminum core that conducts heat superbly; the exterior is made of hand-polished stainless steel. The cast stainless steel handle stays cool on the stovetop.
- Allow pan to cool before washing. Hand wash in hot, soapy water.
- Never use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.
- Stubborn food residue and stains can be cleaned with a nylon scrubbing pad and a fine powdered cleanser. Do not use on nonstick surfaces.
- Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching the nonstick surface.
- Oven safe to 400ºF.
