Designed for restaurant kitchens, these bowls stand up to constant use and a long list of tasks, moving easily between oven, microwave and freezer. They are handcrafted in France of Burgundian clay and finished with an extra-hard glaze that is scratch- and shock-resistant. Their thick wide rims simplify lifting and carrying them, and also increase their durability. Dishwasher safe. 1 3/4, 3 1/2 and 5 1/2-qt. cap.; 9 3/4", 10 1/4" and 12" diam.
