JUNE 22—26, 9AM—4PM

Our inaugural week-long Williams-Sonoma Kids' Cooking Camp will
feature full-day instruction at our beautiful corporate test kitchen,
located in our headquarters overlooking the San Francisco Bay and
Alcatraz. In fun, engaging sessions, your child will learn the
foundations of cooking from our test-kitchen cooks
and chef-instructors.

• Learning basic cooking techniques such as knife skills, braising,
sautéing, poaching, baking, and preparing fresh pasta.

• Daily cooking themes ranging from Sandwich, Soup & Salad and
Breakfast for Dinner to Home-style Japanese,
Italian and Southwestern.

• Delicious daily lunches and snacks—prepared by the
student-cooks themselves.

• Visits from Williams-Sonoma merchant groups, who will share
what it’s like to work at a global retail company.

• A set of kid-friendly cooking tools and an instructional binder
with recipes to take home—along with the skills to start cooking!

Fee for the week-long camp is $600.

JULY 13—17, 9AM—4PM

Give your teen the opportunity to hone his or her culinary skills
in a fun, collaborative environment. Our inaugural Williams-Sonoma
Teens' Cooking Camp will feature full-day instruction from
Williams-Sonoma’s professional test-kitchen cooks and
chef-instructors. The week-long camp will be held in the Cooking
School of our flagship San Francisco store on Post Street,
overlooking Union Square.

• Hands-on instruction in basic cooking techniques such as knife
skills, sautéing, poaching, baking, and preparing fresh pasta.

• Daily cooking themes ranging from Sandwich, Soup & Salad and
Breakfast for Dinner to Home-style Japanese,
Italian and Southwestern.

• Delicious daily lunches and snacks—prepared by the
student-cooks themselves.

• Visits from Williams-Sonoma’s Culinary Director and merchants,
who will discuss careers in the food business as alternatives to
restaurant work.

• A set of cooking tools and an instructional recipe binder to take
home—along with the confidence to get creative in the kitchen!
