Delivery fees do not include gift wrap or surcharges that may apply to some items.
UNLIMITED FLAT RATE FURNITURE & FREIGHT DELIVERY
An unlimited number of eligible furniture and select non-furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate, per shipping address.
STANDARD SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
Our shipping and processing fees cover processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchased, and delivering them to you. Most products are shipped from our warehouses to arrive within five business days of when you placed your order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by mail or email. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may arrive within one to two weeks, and items ordered together might not arrive in the same box. The standard shipping charges cover Parcel Post Delivery.
Items that are bulky, heavy, or limited availability may have a delivery surcharge in addition to standard delivery and processing charges.
Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories
Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories are delivered by UPS or USPS with an additional charge of $10. The standard shipping charge applies to orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses and will arrive within four to six weeks. See below for information on how to ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Unlimited Flat Rate Furniture & Freight Delivery items and some heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside of the contiguous 48 states.
Perishable items are shipped directly from the vendor to arrive within one to two weeks. Some perishable items incur an additional charge to guarantee perfect arrival. This might include specially insulated shippers and ice-gel packs to keep items cool until arrival. We cannot ship perishable items outside the contiguous 48 states.
NEXT DAY SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
For an extra charge of $17.50 per address, within the contiguous 48 states, we can arrange for rush delivery to most destinations. Gift Card Only orders will have a Next Day charge of $8.50 per address.
If we receive your order by 9 p.m. EST Monday through Friday, you'll receive your order the next business day; orders placed Friday through the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday.
Note: Next Day Delivery service is not available for Unlimited Flat Rate Furniture & Freight Delivery items, some oversize items, out of stock items, items shipped directly from the manufacturer, Williams-Sonoma Wine Club items, and items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
UNLIMITED FLAT RATE FURNITURE & FREIGHT DELIVERY
With Unlimited Flat Rate Furniture & Freight Delivery, an unlimited number of eligible furniture and select non-furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate, per shipping address. These items will be delivered by White Glove Delivery service providers. Eligible items will show "Unlimited Flat Rate Delivery" on the product page. Chicken coops, stoves and outdoor grills are not eligible for Unlimited Flat Rate Furniture & Freight Delivery.
The exact shipping charge is based on your shipping location. Shipping times vary by vendor. See shipping tab for more details. Your order will ship when all items in your order are available for delivery.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
With White Glove Delivery, even large and hard-to-handle items are delivered with special care. The delivery service provider will call you in advance to schedule a delivery time, then bring the item into your home, unpack and inspect it, perform simple assembly and dispose of all packaging material.
Please note, we cannot unpack and assemble outdoor patio structures, select grills, marble and stone sink consoles, lighting, mirrors, rugs, headboards attached to a metal frame and any items requiring home installation.

In Stock Items (usually non-upholstered items and Quick Ship furniture) -
Arrives in 7–10 days in most metropolitan areas**

Delivery is by appointment Tuesday–Saturday in most major metropolitan areas, with Monday delivery available in some areas. Our delivery service will contact you to arrange a delivery date. Service to outlying areas may be restricted based on geographic location. White Glove Unlimited Delivery items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. SHIPPING TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS
To ship an item to an address other than your billing address, click on the "Ship to Different Address" link in the Shopping Cart for each item and update the recipient information.
If you wish to place an order but delay its shipment to a later date, please do so through our Customer Service Center. Call 877.812.6235, and one of our sales associates will be happy to assist you.
Sales tax on the merchandise total is charged for items shipped to the following states and US territories: Al*, AR*, AZ*, CA*, CO*, CT*, DC*, FL*, GA*, HI*, IA, ID, IL*, IN*, KS*, KY*, LA*, MA, MD*, ME*, MI*, MN*, MO*, MS*, NC*, ND*, NE*, NJ*, NM*, NV*, NY*, OH*, OK, PA*, RI*, SC*, SD*, TN*, TX*, UT, VA*, VT*, WA*, WI*, WV*, WY and Puerto Rico*. States and US territories marked with an asterisk also collect taxes on shipping and processing charges. Except as otherwise noted, all sales are made by Williams-Sonoma DTC, Inc., and the local sales tax of the delivery destination is also charged. All sales shipped to Texas locations are made by Williams-Sonoma DTC Texas, Inc., and the sales tax is based on the location where the order was received. Orders shipped to California locations are F.O.B. destination point, which means title passes in California.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
ORDERS TO CANADA
At present, we cannot ship orders or mail catalogs to addresses in Canada. Customers with a Canadian billing address can order items to be delivered to a U.S. address by calling 405.717.6131. ORDERS TO PUERTO RICO
We now ship large furniture and oversized items to Puerto Rico, there will be an additional surcharge of $350 per order for delivery of furniture. When ordering online, your initial order total will not reflect this additional fee, however it will be included in your order confirmation and final charges once your order has been processed.
SHIPPING TO UNITED STATES FROM AN INTERNATIONAL LOCATION
We currently do not support the ability to place an order using an International billing address and a U.S. shipping address.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
You will be quoted a specific delivery promise during checkout that is based on your selected international destination and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart. Please note that any delays by your local customs authorities are not accounted for in the delivery quote.
