Standard & Rush Shipping
For standard shipping and processing, most items are shipped from our warehouse in Memphis to arrive within five business days of our receiving your order. Standard shipping charges are based on the merchandise total charge for each delivery address as detailed in the chart above. There is an additional charge of $15 per address for rush shipping, and this service is not available for some oversize items and items shipped directly from the supplier.
The Williams-Sonoma Reserve Membership Benefit offers standard free shipping on most Williams-Sonoma items. However, certain items are not eligible for those savings.
Items that are not eligible include oversized items or items requiring special handling as denoted by a surcharge ($) after the item price are not currently included in the program.
Free standard shipping is available exclusively to Williams-Sonoma Reserve Members. Free standard shipping is available for online purchases only. Phone orders or in-store orders are not eligible for this offer. Free standard shipping is available only for items shipped within the 48 contiguous states. For residents of Alaska and Hawaii, a $5.00 shipping charge will be added to the cost of your item. For residents of U.S. Territories, a $10.00 shipping charge will be added to the cost of your item.
Exceptions
Perishable items are shipped from the supplier to arrive within one week. Personalized and monogrammed items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and arrive within one to two weeks. You'll find further information regarding shipping methods and times on each item's product page, as well as in your shopping basket once the item is added.
